  We usually go to Midwest North, however the Dr had an emergency. My daughter had an emergency and got into this office. I texted her the info on one of two of dental insurances and told her to tell them to call the other office the next day. She needed a root canal and the doctor did not even call her in an antibiotic nor a pain medication. VERY VERY disappointed and angry that in an emergency that they treated a 20 year old this way. Our family WILL NEVER use them again, nor will I refer anyone I know to this office. If we can't get into Midwest North for any reason (the office was closed due to a death) then I will find a different dental office outside of Midwest to treat my family members.

  The team at this office is consistently outstanding. They have convenient hours and helpful staff who are genuinely interested in their patients' lives. Dr. Erika has excellent bedside manner (with children and adults) and I've never had a hygienist I didn't like. My son and I have been patients at this practice for a number of years and plan to keep coming back because of the excellent care we receive.
