  My cat had stopped eating. Took her to this clinic. Found out she needed euthanizing. Despite the fact that I was reeling with grief and crying uncontrollably, the vet and assistants bombarded me with questions and information, as if I wasn't under enough stress at the time. Not only was I bombarded with questions and information, some of the questions were extremely annoying. Also, my credit report was pulled unnecessarily. It was pulled to check for eligibility for treatment before the x-rays were even processed. Credit should have been pulled after the x-rays because what good does it do to check credit for future treatment if the pet needs euthanizing? Additionally, some other clinics waive the euthanizing fees since they empathize with the grieving pet parent. Not this clinic. They want every dime. Not only were the euthanizing fees expected, after paying the euthanizing fees, I was told that since I did not have money for cremation my cat would be kept on a cold slab until she could be euthanized. So then while in agonizing grief, I had to scramble for two days to come up with the money for the cremation. Furthermore, during the last final moments of my cat's life, the vet threw more questions at me. Then, in the very moment my cat passed, the vet said, "There, no more pain." This horrified and traumatized me the most for two reasons. First, what good would it do me to know my cat had been in pain? (I have told the vet this cat would be my last pet). Secondly, if I had known my cat had been in pain, what good would it have done for me to be reminded of that?

  Had my 17 year old cat in for a dental and they knew how special he was to me and they made me feel very comfortable being able to leave him in their hands. Everyone there is SO friendly, a little more expensive than the average country vet but we'll worth it in the trust you feel in their care.
